Why is the exact per-probe price not listed here?
The rate depends on your probe count and billing cadence. Emilio will build it with you in a short consultation, or the configurator calculates it for your exact setup in about three minutes and emails you a quote. Schedule with Emilio.
What does the $1 cover?
Your first month of cellular monitoring and shipping. After 30 days the subscription begins at the rate on your quote. It is a promotion, not a trial: the probes you receive are the probes you keep using.
Are there setup, data or software fees?
No. Hardware, connectivity, software, reports, replacement batteries and probe replacement are all part of the per-probe subscription.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Enterprise accounts can be billed by invoice on net 30, 45, 60 or 90 day terms and pay by card, ACH or bank transfer. Ask Emilio for enterprise billing.
Can we add probes later?
Yes. Add probes at any time and your per-probe rate is recalculated for the new total.
How long is a quote valid?
90 days from the date it is generated.
